1. What quality of product do you supply?

We supply only Branded Lamps from Major manufacturers that include GE, Philips, and Osram/Sylvania.

2. How quickly can I get my order?

All orders (subject to stock availability) are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Next day service is available on request (this is subject to the order being placed before 2 o’ clock Monday to Friday, timed next day deliveries are also available at extra cost, see our services)

3. What happens if I can’t find the lamp I am looking for?

Simple, just email sales@thelighthouseuk.co.uk with the details and our knowledge does the rest!
We can source virtually any lamp or lighting control device from across the globe.

4. I’m not sure what lamp I have, can you identify it?

Our sales people have over 20 years experience in the lighting trade, we also have access to pages of cross-reference information to find your lamp by your equipment make and model, or even by physical description.
Note. In the case of replacement lamps for Fibre Optic Projectors we require only the make and model of the projector unit itself.

5. What guarantee do I have?

The Lighthouse UK (FSL Direct) Ltd guarantees all lamps from any manufacturers equipment that we supply. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will replace any faulty lamps, credit you’re account, or refund you your full purchase price. If the lamp turns up damaged you will need to inform us within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
